Senior Bilingual Paid Search Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior bilingual Paid Search Media Buyer to lead and optimize paid search campaigns for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking audiences across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube and related performance channels. This remote position supports our personal‑injury law firm’s growth by generating qualified leads and improving campaign efficiency nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid search campaigns in both English and Spanish.
• Handle Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, remarketing and related campaign types.
• Conduct keyword research, write conversion‑focused ad copy, and manage bids, budgets, match types and negative keywords.
• Monitor daily performance, identify optimization opportunities and improve lead volume, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Develop testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences and campaign structures.
• Perform competitor and market research to uncover expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing successful lead‑generation paid search campaigns for English and Spanish markets.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, with hands‑on paid social experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent written communication in both English and Spanish.
