Senior Associate, Streaming & Community Fundraising

About the role

The Senior Associate, Streaming & Community Fundraising will lead the execution of MSF‑USA’s livestream, gaming and creator‑led fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Community Fundraising, this role expands a high‑potential channel that supports emergency response and long‑term revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage livestream fundraising events, gaming campaigns and creator activations.
• Contribute to a multi‑year streaming fundraising roadmap and drive scaling of successful tactics.
• Identify and engage niche creator communities while building relationships with larger creators to broaden audience reach.
• Collaborate with peer‑to‑peer, digital marketing, technology and donor relationship teams to integrate streaming activities into the overall supporter journey.
• Track performance metrics and support an expected 20 % year‑over‑year revenue growth from streaming initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, collaborative professional with deep expertise in livestream fundraising.
• Experience working with gaming and creator ecosystems and understanding of nonprofit fundraising dynamics.
• Strong ability to partner across functions and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
