Senior Associate, ECC Technology (Systems)

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate for the Enterprise Contracting Center Technology team to manage and enhance contract lifecycle management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer CLM applications, manage user access, configure settings, and provide frontline troubleshooting.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements, draft user stories, process flows, and system use cases.
• Support release cycles and maintenance updates by creating test scripts, executing UAT, tracking defects, and maintaining documentation.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for inquiries, track support tickets, monitor system performance, and compile operational metrics.
• Identify process improvement and workflow automation opportunities, assist on small projects, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of progressive experience with contract and data management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer‑service driven environment.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software.
• Familiarity with generative AI applications for data analysis and workflow automation.
