Senior Associate – Digital Marketing

About the role

KPMG is looking for a Senior Associate to lead B2B multichannel digital marketing campaigns within its Clients and Markets organization. You will translate growth activation strategy into channel‑specific plans and manage end‑to‑end execution across paid, owned and earned media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, pace and optimise full‑funnel digital campaigns across social, search, display, programmatic and content syndication.
• Plan and execute omnichannel paid activation, ensuring a cohesive, personalized experience that links digital and physical touchpoints.
• Lead agency and partner relationships for strategic media buys and manage budgets, forecasting and invoicing.
• Design lead‑generation and nurturing strategies that align marketing with sales and accelerate funnel progression.
• Analyse performance data, run tests, and translate insights into actionable optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recent digital‑marketing experience with hands‑on work across search, social, display, programmatic and content syndication.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, with experience designing and interpreting tests.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a large, matrixed organization.
