Senior Associate, Content & Creative Product Owner

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to own and evolve content and creative product experiences across its marketing platforms. The role blends product ownership, technology activation, and AI‑enabled workflow design to support brand‑aligned campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and activate technology experiences on KPMG’s creative and content platforms, translating campaign and brand requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure templates, workflows, reusable components and self‑service tools to enable high‑impact, risk‑managed execution.
• Provide technology support for dynamic, personalized creative, collaborating with Web, Personalization and Marketing teams.
• Partner with content teams to prototype and operationalize AI‑enabled creative workflows for generation, adaptation, localization and versioning.
• Design reusable capabilities and standardized patterns to reduce manual handoffs and duplication across teams and channels.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in marketing technology, creative technology, digital product management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, product management, marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proven ability to work directly with marketers, designers and content specialists to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI capabilities.
