Senior Associate Brand Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the implementation and operationalization of the Brand Building the Nestle Way (BBNW) framework at Nestlé USA. The role sits within the Center for Demand Generation, a Center of Excellence for Marketing and Commercial Excellence, and will help drive consistent brand planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Execution Support – Deploy BBNW tools and processes across divisions, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Project Coordination – Manage budgets, third‑party vendor relationships, track timelines and deliverables, and support cross‑functional meetings and workshops.
• Data & Insights – Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, design consumer research, interpret syndicated data, and develop dashboards and reports.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with brand teams, commercial leads, and the BGS team to ensure smooth adoption of processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, analytics or project coordination (CPG preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word).
