Senior Analyst - Value and Evidence Advisory

About the role

Join Red Nucleus’s Value & Access team as a Senior Analyst supporting market access, pricing, reimbursement and evidence strategy projects across the healthcare industry. This hybrid position offers hands‑on training, real client exposure and a clear pathway to develop consulting and industry expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams with research, data analysis and task execution under project leadership.
• Conduct secondary research on healthcare policy, payer coverage, pricing/reimbursement, competitive intelligence and therapeutic landscapes.
• Collect, organize and synthesize information from literature, payer policies, clinical evidence and other sources.
• Assist with primary market research, including interview guides, surveys, interview notes and stakeholder insight synthesis.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring attention to detail and timely delivery.
• Identify issues within workstreams, propose solutions and escalate complex questions as needed.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of interns and new team members as experience grows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics or a related discipline.
• 0‑2 years of experience in management/strategy consulting, life‑sciences strategy or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, life sciences, market access or business strategy.
• Strong research, analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive problem‑solving approach.
