Senior Analyst – Private Markets

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Multi‑Alternatives team within Invesco Solutions. The role focuses on private‑market credit strategies and works closely with senior investors to evaluate managers, construct portfolios, and support client solutions across public and private assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on external managers, emphasizing private credit, private equity, real assets, and leveraged credit strategies.
• Conduct end‑to‑end manager underwriting, including strategy assessment, team review, risk analysis, track‑record evaluation and attribution analysis.
• Engage with General Partners, maintain ongoing manager relationships, and synthesize findings into investment recommendations.
• Prepare investment committee materials, written due‑diligence reports, memos, client‑facing content and presentations.
• Support portfolio construction and asset‑allocation inputs across public and private markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manager underwriting, investment research, and portfolio construction within private‑market credit or related asset classes.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess strategy, risk, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
