Senior Analyst – M&A Integration

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the M&A Integration team. The role supports all phases of acquisition integration, from strategy development through execution and performance management, working closely with business and functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute integration strategies for acquired businesses.
• Partner with Business and Functional teams to finalize integration plans and manage execution through the M&A Accelerator.
• Identify, approve, and track integration costs.
• Support quarterly M&A scorecard reviews, draft materials, and track key performance indicators.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to enhance M&A outcomes, including updates to Integration Archetypes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, structured, and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating cultural differences to drive change.
• Clear presentation and writing capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
