Senior Analyst, Internal Audit Data and Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead OpenPages enablement within the Internal Audit Data Analytics & Audit Operations team. The role focuses on translating audit requirements into technical solutions, driving automation, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the Internal Audit function.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for OpenPages configuration, functionality, and reporting.
• Collaborate with audit teams to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose enhancements.
• Translate audit needs into detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Oversee testing, implementation, and rollout of OpenPages enhancements.
• Support adoption and provide training to auditors on new features.
• Drive data‑driven solutions, visualizations, and reporting to improve audit efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong background in internal audit or audit operations.
• Experience working with technology teams on complex initiatives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑focused solutions in a large organization.

Required skills

• OpenPages (GRC platform) configuration and reporting.
