Senior AI Project Manager

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI‑driven and IT initiatives across its healthcare communications portfolio. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, translate ambiguity into structured plans, and collaborate with both technical teams and C‑suite stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full ownership of multiple high‑priority workstreams, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate solution development with subject‑matter experts and build comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
• Lead governance and reporting cadences, including status meetings, stand‑ups, milestone reviews, and executive updates.
• Coordinate with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA partners, holding them accountable to timelines.
• Utilize enterprise project management platforms such as Workfront and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Drive change management, guiding teams through shifting priorities and ensuring alignment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines).
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical teams and C‑suite audiences.
