Senior AI Data Center Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to design, deploy and operate high‑performance network solutions for our AI Cloud data centers. The role focuses on building low‑latency, high‑availability fabrics for large GPU clusters that power AI training and inference workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable, high‑availability network designs using spine‑leaf topology, DCN, DCI and SDN technologies such as VXLAN EVPN.
• Design, deploy and optimise GPU clusters with InfiniBand and RoCEv2 fabrics, configuring NVIDIA Spectrum/Quantum switches.
• Lead deep‑dive investigations of network issues affecting AI workloads, including RDMA packet loss, congestion control (PFC/ECN), latency and NCCL timeouts.
• Develop and maintain network automation tools with Python, Ansible and Terraform to implement Infrastructure as Code.
• Monitor fabric health using NVIDIA UFM, NetQ, Zabbix and Prometheus, ensuring real‑time telemetry and performance.
• Support Kubernetes/Docker container networking and hybrid‑cloud integrations for seamless AI workload deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating data‑center networks for AI or high‑performance computing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, latency‑sensitive network issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional engineering teams.
