Senior AI Consultant, Professional Services - West Coast

About the role

ClickUp is building a converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search. As a Senior AI Consultant focused on AI Agent Deployment, you will lead high‑impact, end‑to‑end customer engagements that deliver measurable outcomes through agentic automation, partnering with executive and operational stakeholders to optimize workspaces and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic advisory and executive partnership: own senior stakeholder relationships, align agent deployments with business priorities, and guide governance, risk, and adoption strategies.
• AI Agent deployment leadership: manage kickoff to launch, conduct process mapping, configure Certified Agents, build UAT plans, and drive launch readiness and post‑launch stabilization.
• Value realization and expansion: establish KPIs, track efficiency gains and ROI, identify expansion opportunities, and support ongoing services such as agent updates and recertification.
• Operational excellence and team leadership: create repeatable playbooks, mentor consultants, collaborate cross‑functionally, and surface delivery insights to inform product roadmaps.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a customer‑facing B2B SaaS role (Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Technical CSM, or Project Management).
• Proven experience delivering AI‑enabled automation (agents, copilots, workflow automation) in production environments and leading complex, multi‑stakeholder implementations.
• Strong process‑mapping, solution design, and hands‑on configuration skills in workflow platforms and enterprise SaaS tools.
• Excellent written communication, facilitation abilities, and capacity to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
