Segment Lead – Architecture Principal (US)

About the role

The Segment Lead joins Infosys' Strategic Technology Group as an Architecture Principal, driving large‑scale technology initiatives for enterprise clients across the United States. The role blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to shape solution roadmaps and ensure secure, scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture and align requirements with market demands.
• Design and govern scalable, secure architectural solutions that comply with Infosys standards and integrate with existing systems.
• Lead solution evaluation, assess client landscapes, and recommend stable, future‑proof architectures.
• Develop strategic transformation roadmaps and communicate them to client leadership.
• Define short, medium and long‑term integration milestones based on risk assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise and digital architecture at a senior or principal level.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and roadmap presentation.
• Hands‑on leadership with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
