Security Liaison – Visitor & Contractor Escort

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Security Liaison to safeguard its facilities by escorting visitors, vendors, and contractors. The role ensures compliance with security, safety, and operational policies while providing a professional point of contact for non‑authorized personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Escort vendors, contractors, visitors, and other non‑cleared personnel throughout company facilities.
• Monitor escorted personnel to ensure adherence to security, safety, and operational procedures.
• Verify credentials, badges, and access authorizations before granting entry to restricted areas.
• Maintain continuous visual contact with escorted individuals and report any violations or suspicious activity.
• Enforce PPE requirements and other safety protocols for all visitors and contractors.
• Assist with check‑in/check‑out, badge issuance, and access control processes.
• Document escort activities, incidents, and visitor movements per company guidelines.
• Support security operations during audits, inspections, and special projects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain alert for extended periods and work independently.
• Basic computer proficiency for logging activities and completing reports.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and escort personnel across large facilities and lift up to 25 lb occasionally.
