About the role
Ocean Spray is hiring seasonal workers for the August‑November 2026 harvest at its Bandon, Oregon facility. Employees will join a cooperative that supplies cranberries for Ocean Spray’s iconic juice and sauce products, supporting a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Box Builder – assemble totes for product handling.
- Forklift Driver – operate forklift to move totes throughout the facility.
- Lift and transport loads up to 30 pounds as needed during the harvest.
Required profile
- Willingness to work variable day shifts and follow good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions and keep accurate records.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, forklift operation, lab or scale work is a plus.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.70 to $20.15.
- End of Harvest Bonus for employees who work through the entire season.
