Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Norfolk Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Store Sales Associate to help drive sales during the busy holiday period at the Norfolk Premium Outlets. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team, delivering friendly service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting shoppers and offering assistance.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging purchases at the register.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform continuous standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation to the Norfolk location.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
