Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Holiday Retail

About the role

Levi's® is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to support the Carlsbad Premium Outlets store during the busy holiday period. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to deliver a high‑energy shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with greeting, general assistance, and checkout bagging.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing recovery and housekeeping tasks.
• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods as identified by management.
• Adhere to all Levi's® store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (including Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation and legal ability to work in the U.S.; must be at least 16 years old.
