Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Fashion Centre at Pentagon City

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic seasonal sales associate to support the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City during the busy holiday period. You will work directly with the store manager and a dynamic team to deliver a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with greeting, product inquiries, and checkout assistance.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing recovery tasks.
• Bag purchases at the register and ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support peak‑volume periods.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and peak shopping days such as Black Friday.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform continuous standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation to the Arlington location.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
