Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Dolphin Mall, Miami

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to support the Dolphin Mall store during the busy holiday period. You will work directly with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to deliver a great customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service: greet guests, answer questions, and assist with purchases.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing general housekeeping.
• Bag customer purchases at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to keep the store running efficiently.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (including Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
