Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Concord Mills

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic seasonal sales associate to help staff its Concord Mills store during the busy holiday period. You will work closely with the store manager and a dynamic team to deliver a great customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak holiday periods.
• Provide basic customer service, greet guests and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain visual standards through replenishment, recovery and housekeeping.
• Bag purchases and assist at the register.
• Follow store policies, procedures and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holiday shifts, including Black Friday.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending and reaching.
• Reliable transportation to the Concord Mills location.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
