Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Brickell City Centre, Miami

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Store Sales Associate to join our Levi’s team at Brickell City Centre in Miami during the busy holiday season. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the store manager and team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with greeting, inquiries, and checkout assistance.
• Maintain visual standards through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping.
• Bag purchases and support register operations.
• Follow Levi’s policies, procedures, and directives from store management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed during peak periods.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and peak days such as Black Friday.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder use.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced retail setting.
