Seasonal Sales Stylist – Retail (Manhattan Beach)

About the role

This temporary, holiday‑season position supports Beyond Yoga’s Manhattan Beach store by delivering an authentic, service‑oriented shopping experience. You will showcase product knowledge, meet daily sales targets, and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining store standards and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and foster genuine customer connections.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals on a daily basis.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Maintain visual presentation and overall store appearance.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and collaborate with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies, with a plus for Shopify platform experience.
• Build relationships with the local community through events and brand‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Enjoy fast‑paced, multitasking environments and flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative, inclusive mindset with a self‑starter attitude and growth mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform typical retail duties.
• Reliable transportation; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Required skills

• Shopify (working knowledge is a plus).
