About the role

Join Nespresso for the holiday season as a part‑time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate. You’ll be the welcoming face of the boutique, greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.
• Elevate hospitality standards in the boutique and maintain a beautiful environment with a safety‑first mindset.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and guide customers through coffee tastings.
• Manage digital systems and point‑of‑sale software to process transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth boutique operations.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee and hospitality in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
• Ability to work part‑time up to 19 hours per week.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑sale (POS) software operation.
