Join Nespresso’s boutique at Houston Galleria Mall as a Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday season. You will be the welcoming face of the store, offering complimentary coffee tastings and helping customers discover their perfect coffee match while delivering an exceptional, hospitality‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional service.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission with shoppers.
• Guide customers through coffee tastings to deepen their appreciation.
• Manage digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive boutique environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Enjoy selling and creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Passionate about learning coffee knowledge and sharing it.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Available for open/closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
