About the role

As a Seasonal Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional store experience during our busiest and most exciting time of year. You’ll support our fast‑paced environment, bring energy to every interaction, and create meaningful, elevated personalized moments for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention, creating inclusive and personalized experiences.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support customers and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel using elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized during peak hours while moving with urgency and efficiency.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
• Leverage company tools and team support, staying calm and customer‑focused when challenges arise.
• Adapt to different store zones, embrace coaching, and continuously improve through feedback.
• Bring energy and intention to each shift, helping meet store goals and fostering a high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry.
• Passion for helping others and thriving in a team environment.
• Ability to multi‑task, pivot quickly, and work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Ambition to learn and grow, with a genuine interest in SKIMS products and values.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation upon hire.
