Seasonal Part-Time Dishwasher

About the role

The Seasonal Dishwasher works in the Cutwater Spirits tasting room and kitchen, ensuring all cookware, dishes and utensils are clean and ready for service. This part‑time, seasonal position supports a fast‑paced environment and reports to the Executive Chef.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the dish pit and ensure chemicals are stocked and connected.
• Operate the dishwasher machine or wash dishes by hand, cleaning pots, pans, dishes, glassware and flatware.
• Unload cleaned items and store them properly for reuse.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and perform minor prep tasks as needed.
• Uphold food safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
