Seasonal OR RN (Circulator) – $60/hr + Housing Allowance

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Operating Room Registered Nurse to serve as a Circulator. The RN will work under physician direction, providing compassionate, evidence‑based care to surgical patients while ensuring safety and compliance with state nursing regulations. This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate and housing allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and collect health data in accordance with hospital policies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process.
• Provide evidence‑based interventions to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and reduce readmissions.
• Maintain infection control standards and standard precautions during all patient contacts.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year experience in surgical, orthopedic, urology, robotics, pulmonary or GYN settings (seasonal position).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, or weekends.

Required skills

• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• ACLS certification (required within 90 days of hire).
• PALS certification (required within 90 days of hire).
• Basic EKG competency (required within 30 days of hire).
• NRP certification (required within 6 months of hire).
• S.T.A.B.L.E. training (required within 6 months of hire).
• TNCC training (required within 24 months of hire).
• De‑escalation techniques.
