Seasonal Gift Shop Team Member

About the role

Be a part of the Anheuser‑Busch Brewery Experience at the Tour Center. As a Gift Shop Team Member you will welcome guests, operate a computer‑based point of sale and help maintain store displays.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and assist guests.
• Perform sales transactions using a computer‑based POS.
• Provide merchandise information on the sales floor.
• Restock displays and keep the warehouse organized.
• Receive merchandise and process inventory.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Assist the retail assistant manager and leads as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn the inventory system.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability evenings, weekends, holidays and private events.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lb and stand, walk and carry throughout the shift.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
