SCCM & Intune Administration – Infrastructure Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant to lead SCCM and Intune administration across multiple client environments. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure solutions while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, produce assessment reports and support due‑diligence activities to identify maturity gaps.
• Design cost‑effective, scalable infrastructure solutions, review reusable components and create technical documentation.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Plan and oversee maintenance windows, emergency fixes and technology upgrades ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Analyze performance data, support capacity planning and drive optimization initiatives.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing necessary controls.
• Identify automation opportunities, propose process enhancements and act as liaison for onsite and offshore teams.
