SAP Program Manager – US Remote

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large‑scale ERP initiatives across the United States. The role is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with global teams while driving strategic SAP implementations for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and achieve consensus.
• Evaluate and refine project‑management processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk‑management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses, participate in client discussions, and drive go‑to‑market strategies.
• Allocate resources, set performance objectives, and align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for smooth adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale SAP/ERP programs.
• Strong ability to work with senior executives and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
