SAP ISU Billing Consultant – Pomona, CA

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP ISU Billing Consultant to join its SURE unit in Pomona, CA. You will work on strategic digital transformation projects for utilities, energy and services clients, helping them modernize billing processes and integrate advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform and collaborate with development teams.
• Create integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience.
• Lead compliance initiatives, conduct audits and ensure security protocols and industry standards are met.
• Produce comprehensive documentation and deliver training workshops for diverse user groups.
