About the role

Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal SAP ISU Functional Architect to join its SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy) unit in Pomona, CA. The role focuses on guiding large‑scale digital transformation projects for utilities and energy clients, leveraging SAP ISU and advanced ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for ERP design.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP solution architecture, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Lead the development of custom SAP ISU solutions while enforcing coding and configuration best practices.
• Define system integration strategies, set ERP integration standards, and advise on data migration methodologies.
• Drive performance‑optimization initiatives, establish benchmarks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Oversee documentation of ERP customizations and design knowledge‑transfer programs for users and technical teams.

Required profile
