SAP GTS Consultant – Dallas, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join its Manufacturing unit in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and integrating SAP Global Trade Services solutions for clients in automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced SAP GTS customizations and collaborate with development teams on critical applications.
• Create and manage integration workflows connecting ERP systems with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience while ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP GTS projects or delivery teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
