SAP Functional Architect, Associate Director

About the role

Protiviti is hiring an Associate Director for its Technology Consulting SAP team, based in Los Angeles with New York City listed as an additional location. The Associate Director leads client relationships, manages risk around technology use, develops solutions using analytics, automation and modern tools, builds new projects and business, mentors teams and oversees project work plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement SAP S/4HANA public and private cloud solutions, and guide practice leaders and MDs on their benefits and challenges.
• Help clients pursue deals that leverage SAP S/4HANA for Finance and Operations, and stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA enhancements.
• Build vertical-based demos and solutions, design presentations, and give expertise on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Lead client presentations and information-gathering sessions, and work with the SAP alliance team on licensing standards.
• Pursue business development, build a professional network with senior executives, and turn client challenges into new project proposals.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries and act as a thought leader sharing knowledge across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS or CIS.
• 9+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching and cross-team coordination.
• Interest in project management, team leadership and client-facing work with C-level executives.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA solution design and architecture.
• Solutioning and SAP licensing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA certification such as Sales Executive, Customer Engagement Executive, Presales Consultant or LOB Solution Consultant.

What we offer

• Salary range of $163,000-$278,000, with a 16% bonus target (total cash range $189,080-$322,480).
