About the role

Infosys' Life Sciences unit is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant to help healthcare and pharmaceutical clients modernize their finance operations. The role focuses on leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and support long‑term business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced SAP customizations, collaborating with development teams to build critical applications.
• Create complex integration workflows linking the ERP system with external applications and lead large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization strategies for scalability, reliability and user experience while leading compliance audits.
• Produce detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
