SAP Engineering Coordinator – 1st Shift

About the role

The SAP Engineering Coordinator supports manufacturing operations by bridging engineering, production, and system management. Working on the 1st shift, you will improve production processes, maintain accurate SAP data, and ensure seamless information flow across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing workflows, identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Convert Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOM) into Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM).
• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data such as BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
• Create, release, and monitor production orders to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure system data accurately reflects shop‑floor activities.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and assist users with system errors.
• Generate and analyse reports on production performance and inventory.

Required profile

• Analytical and organized mindset with a passion for both systems and production processes.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
