About the role

Infosys SURE, the Services, Utilities, Resources & Energy unit, is looking for a SAP EAM Consultant to help its clients in the services, utilities and energy sectors. The role focuses on analyzing complex business processes, designing solution architecture and delivering advanced SAP customizations and integrations. This is an onsite position based in Pomona, CA, working on transformative digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced SAP EAM customizations and collaborate with development teams to build critical applications.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows connecting SAP with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience while leading compliance initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation for customizations and conduct training workshops for various user groups.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in ERP systems, especially SAP EAM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to design complex integration solutions and manage large‑scale data migrations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and user training.
