Salt Company Director

About the role

The Salt Company Director leads the Salt Company ministry with clarity, unity, and a passion for disciple‑making and sending. Reporting to Mark Vance, this role combines staff leadership, preaching, vision‑casting, and financial oversight within Cornerstone Church.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and shepherd Salt Company staff, including discipleship meetings, coaching, and organizing staff gatherings such as retreats.
• Recruit, hire, and define roles for new staff, creating a clear pipeline of future Salt Directors.
• Develop preaching content, schedule services, and serve as the primary preacher for the Salt Company.
• Communicate a compelling vision to staff and student leaders, and oversee Leader Nights and Captains meetings.
• Monitor income and expenses, set support‑raising goals, and drive fundraising initiatives such as call nights and senior suppers.
• Represent Salt Company in Cornerstone Director meetings, preach at weekend services as needed, and contribute to the church’s creative vision.
• Champion the 403 network by recruiting, developing, and sending staff and students to partner Salt Companies and strategic church plants.
