Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture user needs for ERP implementation projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate technical solutions into functional specifications.
• Develop, customize, and integrate Salesforce and ERP packages following detailed design specifications.
• Perform data migration activities, including field mapping and data cleansing.
• Execute compliance checks to ensure systems meet industry standards and security protocols.
• Document customization steps and create clear guides for user training.

Required profile

• Agile mindset with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to contribute across most areas of ERP package implementation with a focus on the healthcare sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
