Salesforce Developer – Onsite, Richardson TX

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Richardson, TX on a 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on delivering new functionality, reducing technical debt, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce and custom CSS.
• Implement and manage process automation including Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Batch, Queueable and Scheduled jobs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical stories, design documents and ensure thorough documentation.
• Apply security standards, enforce governor limits, conduct code reviews and optimise performance.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura components, Visualforce and CSS.
• Direct experience with MuleSoft integrations and asynchronous processing.
• Advanced expertise in Flow automation, batch processing and queueable jobs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, governor limits and best‑practice architecture.
