Sales Support Representative – Remote

About the role

ePlus Technology is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join its Inside Sales team remotely. In this role you will drive new business, manage existing customer orders, and ensure smooth order fulfillment while developing your sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders accurately into the system.
• Track open orders and coordinate timely delivery.
• Confirm invoicing is completed correctly and on schedule.
• Resolve issues with customers and suppliers proactively.
• Source products from major vendors at optimal pricing.
• Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests.
• Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare quotes and suggest add‑on opportunities such as warranties, service agreements, accessories, or supplies.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of computers, networking, and the IT industry.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work collaboratively.
