About the role

Join Beyond Yoga’s boutique in Bethesda as a Sales Stylist, representing a premium active‑lifestyle brand. You will create an authentic, service‑focused environment that connects customers with the brand’s body‑positive ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and passion for Beyond Yoga.
• Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and housekeeping.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, loss‑prevention, and store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and positively.
• Partner with leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new technologies, with a focus on enhancing the consumer experience; Shopify familiarity is a plus.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse work environment and build community connections through events.
