Sales Representative – St. Croix County Area

About the role

We’re looking for driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representatives to help grow our presence across out‑state Wisconsin. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts in the St. Croix, Pierce and Dunn County territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service accounts on a daily route, conducting surveys and ensuring national‑account compliance.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, promoting new products, back‑bar placements and promotions.
• Maintain product levels by taking inventory, restocking shelves where legally permissible, and educating staff on priority brands.
• Manage receivables, process credits/returns and collect payments in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Achieve sales and merchandising objectives by tracking pricing, inventory and historical purchase data.
• Support new account openings, develop opening orders and collaborate with the Field Sales Manager.
• Participate in supplier calls, sales blitzes and ensure safe, responsible handling of alcoholic beverages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong PC proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Physical ability to lift 45‑65 lb, squat, bend and remain stationary for periods.
