Sales Representative – Spine/Ortho

About the role

Our client, a respected medical device distributor in the orthopaedic and spine sectors, is expanding its commercial team. The Sales Representative will leverage an existing network to drive growth across the Southern United States, focusing on surgeons, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centres.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and grow sales within an established territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with orthopaedic and spine surgeons, hospitals, and ASCs.
• Identify new business opportunities while maximizing sales in existing accounts.
• Provide clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures.
• Deliver high‑standard account management and responsive customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute territory growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably orthopaedics or spine.
• Consistent achievement or exceedance of sales targets.
• Established network of surgeons, hospitals, and key decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a large sales territory.
