Sales Representative – Oconto County Area

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our presence across out‑state Wisconsin, focusing on the Oconto, Marinette and Langlade counties. The role centers on identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts for our full portfolio of wine and spirits.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service on‑ and off‑premise accounts, delivering sales presentations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with national account standards.
• Develop and execute routing patterns, analyze account opportunities, and maintain product levels by restocking shelves where legally permissible.
• Achieve sales, merchandising and distribution targets by understanding pricing, product programming and inventory levels.
• Collect payments, process credits and returns, and support new account openings in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and reporting abilities, and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
