Sales Representative – Lincoln County Area

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our wine and spirits presence across Lincoln, Chippewa and Price Counties in Wisconsin. The role focuses on prospecting, winning new accounts and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily routing pattern to call on accounts and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, including new product placements, drink and wine list updates, and promotions.
• Maintain product inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and educate account staff on priority brands.
• Manage customer receivables, process credits/returns, and collect payments in compliance with regulations.
• Achieve sales, distribution, and volume targets set by management while ensuring maximum brand visibility.
• Support new account openings by creating opening orders in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.
• Participate in supplier sales calls, blitzes, and ensure safe, responsible handling of alcoholic beverages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in beverage or related industry.
• Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
