Sales Representative – Jackson County Area

About the role

We’re looking for a driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representative to expand Breakthru’s presence across out‑state Wisconsin. The primary focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts in the Jackson, Trempeleau and La Crosse counties, selling a full portfolio of wine and spirits to on‑ and off‑premise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service accounts on a daily route, conduct surveys, ensure national account compliance, and present sales proposals including new products and promotions.
• Maintain product levels, restock shelves where permitted, and provide education and training to account staff on priority brands.
• Achieve sales, volume and merchandising targets by analyzing purchase history, managing inventory, and executing brand visibility initiatives.
• Collect payments, process credits and returns, and support new account openings in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in beverage or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Presentation software proficiency.

What we offer

• Base salary of $50,000 per year with potential annual bonus and incentives up to $20,000.
