Sales Representative – Fond du Lac County Area

About the role

We’re looking for driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representatives to help grow our presence across outstate Wisconsin. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new on‑premise and off‑premise accounts in Waupaca and Fond du Lac counties, selling a full portfolio of wine and spirits while building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new on‑premise and off‑premise accounts across Waupaca and Fond du Lac counties.
• Conduct regular sales calls, present product portfolios, manage inventory, and ensure brand visibility in stores and restaurants.
• Process orders, handle receivables, and collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on new account openings.
• Maintain compliance with beverage‑alcohol regulations and provide training to account staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage or consumer goods.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Base salary of $50,000 per year.
• Annual bonus potential of $10,000 and incentives of $10,000.
