Sales Representative – Chain Grocery (Wine & Beer) – Denver/Lakewood

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage our wine, beer and spirits portfolio in chain grocery accounts across Denver and Lakewood, Colorado. You will be the primary point of contact for retailers, driving brand visibility and sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned grocery accounts on a daily route, conduct sales calls and present new products, promotions and merchandising plans.
• Maintain optimal product levels by taking inventory, restocking shelves where permitted, and coordinating deliveries.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, negotiate placements, and manage brand resets and drink‑wine list updates.
• Provide training to store staff on priority brands and promotional programs.
• Process credits, returns and receivables, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Achieve sales, volume and distribution targets set by management for supplier brands.
• Monitor inventory status, report out‑of‑stock situations and collaborate with management on demand fluctuations.

Required profile

• Current associate of breakthru with access to the internal career portal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, full‑time, and travel between Denver and Lakewood daily.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
